RAX Planning
Even as a kid growing up in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, I had a feeling something wasn’t quite right. Everyone seemed to be following the same script—go to school, choose a career, get married, buy a house, have kids, get a dog, retire. Rinse and repeat. But I couldn’t help but wonder... is this it?
I tried to play the game. I got engaged, climbed the career ladder, ticked some of the “success” boxes—but none of it ever felt deeply satisfying. I’d get burned out, quit, try something new, repeat. And for a while, I thought the problem was me.
Cue the classic personal development phase: yoga, meditation, retreats, therapy, more books than I care to admit. And then—Human Design found me (yes, it was one of those moments).
My first reading rocked me. I was told I had a selfish, self-absorbed design—and that this was not only okay, it was correct for me. That my resistance to playing traditional roles wasn’t a flaw, but a feature. For the first time, I felt deeply seen without judgment. I was hooked.
I’m a 1/3 profile, so of course I dove headfirst into the research and experimentation. Human Design gave me language for what I’d always felt but couldn’t explain. It showed me where I was conditioned, where the “Not Self” was running the show, and how to slowly (very slowly) start living from a place that actually felt like me.
Over five years into this journey, everything has changed. I understand how my energy works, how to make decisions that are truly right for me, and I can spot the warning signs when I’m off track. Life isn’t perfect—but it’s mine, and it feels a hell of a lot more aligned, easeful, and satisfying. The level of freedom I feel by living a life that’s authentically aligned to me is very hard to put into words, but if I were to sum it up in one word, it would be - empowering.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Before Human Design, I spent most of my career in national leadership roles across iconic Australian retail and wholesale brands. My secret sauce? Building and nurturing high-performing teams.
Alongside my corporate life, I explored the wellness world—completing multiple yoga teacher trainings and launching Yoga Junction (RIP, but it was a vibe). Eventually, Human Design became the bridge between passion for personal growth and exploring consciousness with my very logical mind.
Today, I’m a certified Human Design Guide through the International Human Design School, blending years of study with lived experience. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me doing yoga, sipping chai at my favourite café, or buried in a Human Design or Self Development textbook with a green tea and a highlighter in hand. (Yes, I’m that kind of nerd)
